Last night (Sunday) I went to a food plot not far from the cabin.  This buck showed up at 5:50 pm.
I tried to stop the flash but was not able to.  If you click on the photos, you can see him pretty good.
He hung around all sides of me for 45 minutes.  His antlers were past the ears and quite high but I'm
pretty sure it was just a big 6 point.  Some times he came as close as 15 yards.  He was still there
eating at 20 yards when I decided to leave.  I packed up and lowered my bow.  I thought he was
going to come over to see what was dangling below my stand.  I put on my pack and crawled out of
the stand and he basically ignored me.  I climbed down and stood there looking at him 20 yards away.
He was standing near on of my sent wicks so I went and picked up a different one and only then did
he leave the plot.  Unless he stays on my land, this guy doesn't have a chance come gun season.

Why, do you hunt after dark then?  :rotflmao:
Cooking over a open fire is all fun and games until someone losses a wiener!

These were taken Prior to sunset so I still had a half hour shooting time.  I couldn't get the flash turned off on the camera so the exposure went to hell.  It was at or very near 6 pm.
