I have the Green Mountain Daniel Boone which is a fun pellet grill.  Does not work for steaks or burgers for me.  Not that intense heat for a good sear.  The IR Charbroil grill is awesome and is ready in a few minutes.  Definitely not a replacement for a charcoal grill but the best steak burger brats machine I have ever owned..
