if this was the small lake you were refering to, be careful not to burn it out.
you can do it easily, but it is easy to avoid as well, just need to have a teensy bit of discipline.

I have been searching for a mess of fish like this all year! Nice work! I'm hoping to find them one of these days...a Vexilar or Marcum woudl certainly help me!

I wasnt talking about "them"  goldtip. I was refering to you.
on a small body of water, if not handled with caution, an over zealous angler can effectively wipe out the breeding population of a pond. it can take a long time to come back, sometimes they do not.

have fun and enjoy your spot, just keep in mind the size of the lake per the amount of fish you take out.
