THE BIG NASTY
3/4 to 1 oz chunk of lead that grows for ever, pound the bottom, jigg pond the bottom, thunp thump thump ,creat noise, over night gobs of squished chub.

One of my favorite ice fishing lures have caught giant walleyes , pout, and even northerns on them .  I replace the treble with a 2/0 glow treble.  First learned of the lure from this site.  Bob Auel posted about them about 8 years ago when he frequently was on.  I also load with 3 fatheads one on each barb.  Adam makes these great lures in his garage.  There is no glow jig or spoon that glows as well.  These are my secret go to lure on Winnipeg for big greenbacks in low light.
