Haven't posted in a while - Finally had a little time get working on my freezer full of venison from the fall!  Did 20lbs of summer sausage on Fri/Sat.  Will probably do another batch of smoked spicy maple breakfast sausage next and then maybe finish it off with some old fashioned wieners. This is a homemade recipe some of you might be familiar with that's popular on some other forums, not a pre-mix (not that there's anything wrong with purchasing pre-mixed seasonings  :cheesy:).

Turned out GREAT!  The last 5lbs I put extra garlic in, I haven't tried one of those sticks yet, but I'm sure it will work out fine.
