I see it shows CAWchester as being at 25-50% color change...I actually haven't seen one tree turned down here, not even the scarlet maples. The leaves are hanging on tight, too. I've noticed in the past after a really wet year, they seem to hang on longer, and the colors are far less vibrant. And we all know it was flood city here all year...any one ever notice that too?

I am seeing a few red leaves on the tops of the local sugar maples.

Slow here too. Autumn Blaze maple in the yard has had some color for a few weeks and now the river birch and silver maples are getting some. Scattered pockets appearing here and there but if it's like our normal leaf season, one nasty windy day when it's getting close and it's over.  :pouty:

I took this at my land yesterday.  Flaming maple.  Oaks are still very green.  Ash are turning yellow.  Aspen are green.

I took this pic October 2nd of last year at the cemetery, I was up there yday, and that tree hasn't even turned yet. Ya, we are behind this year. Or something.  :confused:
