Just goes to show you the staying power of The Eagles.

I was never a big fan of "Best of..." albums.  I preferred to get the original LP and listen to the tracks in the context of the other songs.  For that reason alone, "Eagles Greatest Hits" has nothing on "Hotel California" IMHO.

Its too bad all the fame and money and drugs and crap messes people up so bad.  Just think of all the great music and performances we could have had it they could have stayed on track together.
