I go onto the chat option but I don't know what the heck I am doing. Are there certain times or am I missing something? I think my question is how does the chat option work? Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills! ~ Greg

First-you're not going crazy-at least I hope not!     And if you are-welcome to the club! 

To access chat, click on chat on the left side of your screen. 
Then a window will pop up and ask for a username.  Type in your name and you'll be in!  Most of the time chat is busy in the late afternoons or evenings.  Many times during the day there will not be anyone in there-work, fishing, whatever.   I hope this helps!  If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
