Yesterday (Friday) evening was nothing but spectacular views from the stand.  I guess the deer thought it was enough for me to enjoy the view without them barging in on it.

Friday evening in the woods with young maples

Friday evening in the woods with young maples

I could have left the bow in camp

No deer to look at.

This morning. Rained on and off.

Just ash, oaks and basswood in this woods.  Leaves falling everywhere.

Might as well be comfortable.

Well protected from the rain.  :rotflmao:

Certainly better scenery than rolling across a harvested soybean field this afternoon. Canada awaits. 🇨🇦
