Try the I-90 corridor from Albert Lea and west to the SD border.  There were some there the other day.

The Snows in IL which normally head NW through Mn, have going almost straight West through southern IA earlier this week.

I saw a report that a guy was out fishing just West of the Cities and he saw 3 small flocks the other day low and looking to land.
God, help me be the man that my dog thinks I am.

I saw a couple of dozen snows/blues standing on the ice on Peltier this morning, up near the 35W/35E split.  There was a second group a little south, but the second group looked like specs.
