1 goose
2 large onions...diced
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 can potato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup'4 stocks celery ......diced
1 lb fresh mushrooms......diced
1 cup wild rice

boil up goose.....about 2 1/2 hours with onions and 2 tbsp pepper
 till tender. dice meat.
boil wild rice till tender...about 1/2 hour
mix all ingrediants with both soups in a large roaster, mix well. if dry add more soup of your liking.
put in ovenat 350 for 1 1/2 hours. sprinkle 1 can of french fried onion ring.cook for 15 minutes.......serve!!!!!!

It's really good. But it can get a little dry so ya need to keep an eye on that .

My wife got the recipe from her best friend. She wouldn't give it to us unless she got invited up to make and help eat it!! :confused: :rotflmao:
