here are a few family favs, you night have tried
thes but for those that havent.

marinade chicken in italian  salad dressing
over night and grill,  fantastic!

sprinkle garlic salt on chicken then coat with
paparika and grill.

this sounds weird but it is good and simple.
marinade chicken in pepsi or coke.

I've heard of the coke/pepsi marinade.  They say it makes a nice glaze too!
