His name was "Spike" because I let my kids name him and thats what the dog's name on the cartoon "Rugrats" is.
Out of all the dogs we had when we were growing up I have never heard of "Distemper", and never want to hear of it again. It is horrible. He was about 1 1/2 years old.
You never see a FLAG BURNING at a GUN SHOW.

 SORRY TO HEAR THAT  BRO !!!    that is a horrible  way to go out.  in the past three years i have had to put two of my dogs down. both had very rare  cancer.  i know the feeling !!   glad to hear  you may be getting another dog.  it truely heals the pain .

yeah i know what you mean .... I had to put a dog down for the same reason had him for almost 10 yrs one of the best dog's i have had .... but i am glad you are getting a new dog soon  :rock: :rock:
