 Well sunday was smoking day. i did 25 lbs of pork shoulder.  low and slow. i used my all around rub on it  listed here in the bbq shack  only  i did not dry rub it for 24  hours. i did it for 30 minutes and then smoked em. wowie  were they good.
  So yes , you guessed it . tonight is bbq pulled pork sandwiches. oh man what a double header this has been . i hope everyone else had a great weeke end .    holdemtwice
