What is this bird?

Does anyone know what type of bird this is? This is the first time we have seen this one at our backyard feeder this year. My son tried telling me that it is a parrot.... :ROTFLMAO:





We have a very quick Cardinal that has been frequenting this same feeder this week also but he doesn't stay long enough for me to get any good pics of him yet:

Cedar Wax Wing or at least from the photo it appears to be.  We use to have them in Anoka on some cherry trees growing up.  They usually passed thought in the fall.  I am not 100% sure, but take a peek in a bird book to see.
