Resort fish houses for sale (not nice)

theres a post about a guy buying a fish house parked at a MilleLacs resort-

he bought it from a private party that had it stored there and found out that the previous owner left a bill for storage at the place,-now the resort will not move it on ice or allow it to be moved off there land till the note is satisfied from previous owner or them

lots of leagle stuff now between everyone and hard feelings

better get a release forum from the sellers as to any thing owed againist it "thats there resonsibilty"- crap for all you know the brother in law may have put the furnace or stove in and wanted it back if the house sold

make a list of all items and make seller sign an agreement those items go with it- you just may need it in a court of law these days--sorry to say
