Here is a little update on the road. We are out 1.5 miles to the west into 11 feet of water and have another road plowed to the south about 1 mile down the shoreline following the break line of 6 to 7 feet of water. We are going to check the ice on Monday morning and if we find what we want, we are going to try and get out a little farther. The wind blew the snow around on the lake a lot on Thursday and actually helped us. The cold can now penetrate the snow and get to the ice. Temps at night are in the negitive #'s and that makes ice fast. I would love to show you some pics but they're too big to attach. Check out our webpage to see the road in progress. www.westwindwaskish.com
