Yesterday I finally got to gander mountain in Rochester and put some mounts up. If anyone gets over there check them out. A walleye, perch, Black bear and a standing mallard.

Do they let anyone do that? I was once looking at the mounts in Forest Lake and noticed that there were mounts by like 10 different people.

I'm not real sure how it works. A guy I do taxidermy work for works over there and he set it up. They said they would make a plaque for me and hang it near my stuff. I didn't get into my shop until late in the season this year so i'm hoping it will help bring in some work.

Good for you man. :happy1:  Food for thought. When they get that plaque set up see if you can attach a card holder to it. That should help you out a lot.

By the way. Did you realize that we both have the same name and spelled backwards it's EEL? Now, I have a brother named BOB and spelled backwards it's BOB. You don't have a brother named BOB do you?

Way to go LLtax!  That must be pretty awesome for you to have some mounts there!  If I ever get down that way, I will be sure to check them out!   :toast:  gg

Good for you Lee! Your buddy that works there should be able to hook you up with some work. That is the most important add you can have. Word of mouth will go farther then any add you take out in our line of work. It will come with some time and experience under your belt. Keep your current customers happy with quality and you will soon have plenty of work.
