This is not much of a report, but I am pretty proud of it.  I took my boys out fishing tonight.  The older one is 6 and he has been fishing for a few years.  My younger boy is 2 and really has not had a chance to catch anything yet.  I alway give him a little rod to use, but I cut the end of the hook off because he gets a little wild with it.  Tonight I got a rod ready for my older boy, but when I gave it to him he decided that he did not like the color of it so since it was ready to go I gave threw it out there and told the younger boy to hold it.  He started reeling in while I was getting another rod ready.  As he was getting closer to the boat I noticed that his line was moving around a little.  When he finally got it all the way in, there was his first fish on the end.  I was shocked, but it must have been his night.  He caught two more before I even got a line in the water and ended up catching more fish than me and the older boy combined.

After he was done catching fish we moved to a different spot to try to find some bigger fish and here is what we found.

He caught one much bigger than this last week, but I wouldn't even allow that one on the boat for a picture.

It was a good night of fishing even though I spent almost all of my time baiting hooks, taking pictures and taking fish off.  As long as they are interested in doing it I guess that is fine with me.
