rent a driveway?$?$
  I was wondering if you where to rent out some of your property to somebody to keep there semi with trailer there. And they would be coming and going during the week. How much do you think you would charge them? In addition, how much more for electric plug in during winter?

$35 a month with $15 extra for electricity.  Just my 2 cents.
