I got information that Square Lake in Washington County is producing some nice rainbow trout in about 45 feet of water.  Fish at about 27 feet with a slip bobber and corn.  Don't forget your trout stamp, and the possession limit is two.

I was talking to Mike down at Jimmy's Bait and Tackle and he was saying the same thing. If I only had more time I might give it a try.

I learned something new about this lake the other day that surprised me a bit. There is a 5 mile per hour speed limit except from Noon to 4:00pm.
I tell ya what, I'd love to see that rule on a number of metro lakes. Did he say how they were catching them?
Here's to a long life and a merry one.

I'm (hopefully) gonna give 'er a shot tomorrow out of the 'toon.
I'll post pics if I do any good.
I do fish Square quite a bit through the ice and there are indeed some dandy 'bows in there.  I used to do well pulling cow bells and crawlers deep during the summer months, but have never slipped for rainbows.  Hey, I'll try anything once! ;D
I'll let you know how I do (IF I make it down there).

The info I got was from a guy I work with.  He said that the three of them limited out in about two hours on slips with corn....I trust his info.
