anyone have any suggestions on how to use these Quick-Rig Cord Locks?  i have an idea but not sure if its right.  pics or website would be great if you know of any.  thanks.

if it's the spring type I'm thinking of, I slide an end of the cord through one hole, pull about 2 inches through, and turn it 180 deg. and slide that into the other hole.
