I've been lookin here and can't find a chilli recipe.  I really have never liked mine and my wife is a vegitarian so her chilli is like bean soup.   :puke:  We've been using a seasoning packet from Carol Shelby and I really dont care for it; Im not saying its bad -- it just doesn't suit my taste.

Anybody got some good ones?

Bonehead you there??

Lake Iwanttobethere "No left over Chili"

In a crock pot add
1 can Kidney beans
2 cans chili beans
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce small
1 can tomato paste
1 can small stewed or diced tomatoes
Do not drain juices
Add 1 can of water

Dice-
One large sweet onion
One Large Green Pepper
Two small hot peppers
Half a stalk of celery

Brown one pound hamburger
One-half pound mild sausage

Add meat and diced ingredients to crock pot stir mixing well
Cover the top of ingredients with layer of  ground black pepper.
Cover top with layer of chili powered
Cover top with a layer of Mrs. Dash original.

Stir- put on top and cook on high for 2.5 to 4 hrs depending on size of crock pot. Simmer on low for as long as you can wait to eat, longer the better. You can add water to make the chili thinner of you want. Do it after the cooking on high.

Serve with slabs of home made bread or if you have to crackers and cheese..
