Spayed in heat?

My dog has been spayed for longer than I've owned her, and since this is my first female, I'm not sure what's up.  Every 4-6months she starts acting really weird, under-foot all the time, wont eat, wont drink, tries to run away whenever given the chance.  Since she's spayed I just kind of figured that she wouldn't go into heat, and since there's no bleeding (that I've seen) I'm not sure what's going on.

Can spayed females still go into heat, and if so, is she displaying "typical in heat" behavior?

Yes some dogs still display the hormones of a heat cycle and may even go into a slight false preg. if you talk to a vet they might want to med her but just like use they have a med for every little thing.

Fixed females still have hormones. Males don't.
