Wow,

What a game between the Bears and Packers tonight. Congrats to the Bears and there fans for getting the W though, that Defense sure came through and saved Ortons head.

I was really hoping for a Bears loss and the Vikings wrapping up the division, I could of cared less if some people considered it backing in, who cares....... The season is 16 games and we have the tiebreaker edge...... We earned it and now just have to win at home against the Giants.

Watch out Vikes because the ONCE Mighty Monsters of the Midway have got one hand on the division title, even though it's very hard to grasp. Let's face it neither the Vikes or the Bears are likely to make it past the first playoff game even with the great fan support.

Lee, I am going to have to disagree with you. the Bears are a trashy team with a bad QB. The vikes are a good team with a bad QB. If we had a good QB we would be the best team in the NFL. If the Bears had a good QB he would have no one to throw it to (except a better than average Tight End who still is not as good as the Vikes tight End). The Vikes are a much better team than the bears and have the ability to beat any other team. The Bears should be 6-9. The vikes should be 11-4.

I don't much follow football.  If it is on I will watch it.  Can't spew all the names of all the famous guys that are on each team.  I do think that if the Vikes can keep their rocks all in one sock by mid year next year they will be a great team.  Lots of young guys looking to make a name for themselves.  This year though I don't see them advancing past this Sunday.  Take care and N Joy the Hunt././Jimbo

Don't get your panties in a bunch. I Never claimed the Bears were better than the Vikes and Never made any comparisons of one players ability over another's. I'm just looking at the schedules this weekend and trying to say the Bears are in a good position. It could be fair to say both teams have a shot at division championship.

The Vikes can control their own destiny and the Bears will need help. The way I look at it is both teams have been inconsistent this year. The only consistent team in our division has been the Lions. The Vikes are my 2nd favorite team.

well i think the vikings have this wrapped up. jackson is playing great. way better than ferrotte(sp) the giants have absolutlety nothing to play for this week so starters arent likely to be playing past the first quarter, except the defensive line i think they'll play the entire game. im not glad that we lost to the falcons and the overrated Matt Ryan, we shot ourselves in the foot to many times in that game and the ref's didnt give us not help at all(2 pass interferences(sp) in a row). im glad the bears won that way he have to earn our spot in the playoffs rather than have it handed to us. that way if they dont make it childress will be on the unemployment line.
