Thanks! I like marinating (12 inch strips) in Hunters Choice marinades and grilling on high flame for 2 1/2 min on both sides. But my fav is goose jerkey. I think snow goose makes better jerkey than vennison!

Ditto on that or wrap the chunks in bacon is another,and don't forget summer sausage.
