Did anyone in So. MN get out trout fishing this year?

i have been catching some trout over by rochester they are a lot of fun under the ice ....most of the time they are really really high right under the ice over deep water

Must be in the park where they stock them. I have caught them during ice-out spring/summer time, but few and far in between.
