Mille Lacs resorts

Does anyone have any info on a cheap place to stay for opener on Mille Lacs.  I would like to be on teh west side.  I would like to stay in on of the Ice House Parks since they seem to be the least expensive.

Well it isn't quite what you're looking for, but Little Whitefish resort isn't too far from Mille Lacs, and I believe they may have some openings that weekend.  They also have a cafe& pub to eat & drink at.  Give them a call and see what they have to offer.  They also happen to be the Field Staff Spotlight for the month of May (left side of the screen) which has more details about them.  Hope this helps.

You could always camp at kathio state park pretty cheap just on the other side of the road or try calling Randy from Randys recreational rentals tell you situation he will work with also a heck of a nice guy. :fishing2:
