First of all I'd like to welcome you to MNO. I hope you enjoy your time here and visit often.
I personally don't have any experience with those boots, but Cabela's has them on sale right now for over 50% off. (very limited sizes) They look like a good deal, but I don't like the fact that it doesn't say Gore-Tex or any thing about a water proof material, other than waterproof leather.(not sure what that means)

I've got a pair of Sorel Dominators that keep my feet warm and dry. The only downfall is that they're bulky. If your on foot, it can be tiring, but not impossible.

I'd be tempted, but I'd still be concerned about my feet getting wet.
