What a Weekend! Rush Lake
6-1-010  Wow!  What  a weekend!  Perfect weather, and fishing was awesome for just about anything you wanted to catch!  One group came in and said they caught 7 different species in about an hour..gotta love it!  (I know you are counting species on your fingers!)  Sunnies are all over, the males are sitting on nests in the sands, but hungry ones are biting on the weedlines, worms and waxies..very nice size to them this year. Crappies are hitting deep, 34-35 feet on minnows and green/yellow jig heads...and the walleye are about 10-18' on the slopes to deeper depths..one 29" made it onto a hook for sure!
