Lowrance side imaging (comming soon)

I was told that Lowrance is comming out with a side imaging add on "later in 2009" It still has not some out yet.

My question is it going to work as well or better than the Hummin bird?

I have not seen any photos of it working so I have no idea what the quality is. I did read that it will be only a single sided view . (They thought that the prop wash would distort the picture too much is what I am told)
