Finally made it out tonight.  The bite has started water temp was 61 F.  We caught a ton of panfish had to weed through some of the small ones.  All the crappies were between 10 - 12 and all the sunnies were 8 to 10.  There were diffently more sunnies than crappies only ended up keeping 6 crappies and 10 sunnies. Not to bad for 3 hrs of fishing

Are there any Northerns, Walleyes, or Bass? We're looking at possibly going there this weekend but couldn't find much info about the species and sizes. Also, what are the launches like?
Do you know what the launch is like on Clearwater? That might also be an option for us. We haven't been to either. A friend said the launch at Clearwater was really shallow and didn't put his boat in however that was last summer when all the lakes were down.
Please reply.
Thanks,

I live right by that accsess, and we use it all the time. we havent had much luck on that lake, but caught a few every once in a while. here is a warning to all boaters on that lake: in the middle of the lake, there is a shallow submerged sand island, with very large boulders that are about 2 inches below the surface of the water. it is very deep all around this island, but there are lots of stumps there too. we got lucky and saw the rocks before we hit them with the boat, but some others werent so lucky. we were finding pieces of props, chunks of boat hulls, and we also found the entire lower unit from somebodys boat motor there. heads up for everyone boating on this lake, as it can be very dangerous.
