DU banquet

Anyone interested in going to  a Ducks Unlimited banquet in Forest Lake?  It is this Saturday Aug. 28th at the V.F.W. We dropped the price from $50.00 each to $30.00 for a prime rib dinner and a one year membership. Good time to talk ducks over a couple beers and maybe win some Iron. They are always a good time.

Starts at 5:00 because of a printing error in the invites but we will be open for social hour at 4:00 prime rib Dinner is at 6:00  The V.F.W. is Next to the Target and accross from the Walmart If you get off 35w at the Forest lake exit which I believe is Broadway and take a right by rthe Holiday gas station it is on the right side of the road. Hope to meet ya there.

Hey Ken~

Had a great time at the banquet,man the prime rib was awsome,did'nt stick around after dinner,Devoric was really stretching the drawings out so we gave our raffle tickets to some kids near our tabel and split.

Sorry I did'nt get a chance to chat with ya,by the time I found out you were working the slago game or whatever it was called we were leaving and you had a long line of folks.Still it was a great time.

I was wondering if you came Snow. And The PLINKO game kept me really hopping most of the night. We have had previous complaints of the winners choice raffles and Dvorak is the first in line to protest. Trying to get women to decide what prize they want is an exersize in futility. Thanks for coming. I just wish I would remember the horseradish to go with that big slab of prime rib.
