I went hunting this morning.  I saw three deer but did not have a good shot at any of them.  One doe was 20 yards away but in hazle brush.  Not too worried yet.  There's a lot of the season left.  I put up a ground blind today.  I plan to hunt it when it's raining.  I know, I'm a woose.

dont worry deadeye, you can just say your buying your time for another big buck to walk past you. i have passed on 9 does so far this year all of them i could of shot, and i was thinking this morning that if a big doe offered me a shot i would take her now but go figure as soon as i say that i didnt see anything  :rotflmao: :bonk: they give you the easyest(sp) shots possible when you dont plan on taking it  :rotflmao: hang in there still LOTS of season left  :rotflmao:

Sounds good to me that you have not yet released an arrow. That says to me that you are not tracking a wounded one either. Kudos.

I agree with Cody, anytime I have gone out this year ready to let one loose on a Doe I don't get a chance to. Oh well, it's a long season and can change really quick in 30 seconds.
