This buck ran by me opening morning but it went by so fast i couldnt get a shot. But luckily it only made it about another 100 yards and it was shot by my moms boyfriend. Gorgeous 8-pointer perfectly symmetrical 18-inch spread longest tine 10 inches. I shot a doe and let two little bucks walk bye but didnt even bother lifting up the gun hopefully tomorrow will be more successful

Nice buck, but where is the guy's blaze orange at?
I would think he would whee more than just a hat in the woods with so many people hunting this weekend.

I guess I should have thought of that, my brother only wears a blaze outer layer but has black wool under.

I dress in full blaze right down to the skivies, that way I don't get my but shot off while leaving a deposit in the woods;D

If I could find ornge or red paper I would probably buy some.

Ever since the guy who sits on top of the mine dump above me moved in , I where complete blaze.

This guy and his son shoot ten to fifteen times a day at deer way to far out to hit.
They have a great vantage point but sure can't judge distance well. last year the guy shot at a doe that was well over 5oo yarsd out.

My brother was closer and he said his 7mm would have to be aimed 3 inches above the kill zone .

Just don't trust any one that I don't know, to not shoot at any thing that isn't blaze or another bright color.
