STILLWATER - Jimmy's Bait and Tackle, Stillwater (651-430-2554) By the end of the week we should have 4 inches of ice. The river is iced over but not safe yet. Be careful and call for local conditions. We are now starting our regular winter hours of Mon – Fri 7am – 6pm, Sat. 6:30am to 6 pm and Sun. 6:30 am til 4 pm
