I have a rack of ribs from one deer prepped and ready to start smoking. First time trying ribs from a deer in the smoker. First time doing anything with the ribcage from a deer.

I'll post pics and let u know how they tasted later.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.

I do not keep my rib as they do not have much meat on them, Keep us posted on how they turn out!!  :happy1:
