Ok so the land I'm currently hunting ive been hunting for 4 years. When i first started hunting here the 40 acres belonged to my girlfriends parent. I bought the land last spring. When I began hunting here 4 years ago there was a guy who got permission from my girlfriends grandparents whos name was also on the deed  at the time to hunt. Well he found out i was hunting out there and got pissed and tried to get me to leave. I didnt and he proceeded to put his stand up 30 yrds from mine. One day he came in while i was on stand....so i made as much noise as possible and he left  never too  return. Untill yesterday. My uncle was sitting my stand when he saw a truck drive down one of the grades on each side of the 40. Now a guy frm Milwaukee owns the 40 behind mine and we have an easement for him. This guy went straight back to the property line with the guy frm milwaukee walked around for 5 minutes and  started to leave. Needless to say my uncle was pissed....this guy messed his hunt up. When i confronted the guy he said he had permussion frm the guy frm Milwaukee to hunt his land. Ik for a fact he doesnt. The only time the guy frm Milwaukee comes up is opening for  rifle. I can't believe this guy. Didn't want to be a jerk cuz he had his kid with him.

Idk what to do if ge returns???

Hunting is not life and death. It is more important than that.

Just a little confused here.

"Now a guy frm Milwaukee owns the 40 behind mine and we have an easement for him. This guy went straight back to the property line with the guy frm milwaukee "

This implies the land owner (from Milwaukee) was with the other guy so that would imply he had permission.  No?  What did the guy from Milwaukee say if he was there.   Maybe you meant to say they went back to the guy from Milwaukee's property line.  In that case, being he's on the easement, you have every right to ask him for some documentation indicating he has the right to use the easement.  Written permission from the owner etc.   Perhaps a call the the land owner would be in order to help clarify things.  Maybe he would be glad if you "watched" his land for him.

Sry for the confusion. He has no permission to hunt. The guy from Milwaukee only comes up opening weekend. The guy didn't even know his name. I have permission from him to ho on his land. Hes a nice guy but the only way this other guy has permission would b to call him.....I dnt even have his #

Ok, looks like the only way to proceed is to contact the land owner, discuss the situation and make a plan.  This would include a document from him giving you access to his land and a statement that no one with out written permission is allow on his property.  You can let him know you will watch his property and report any violations.  That way you will have some ammunition if you contact the CO regarding people crossing the easement on your land.
Good Luck
