I'm hearing 11 inches out by Crane Island with a very good Crappie bite from 2 to 6 p.m. in 38 feet of water.
The Northerns are biting is very good some folks are setting up tip ups 1 foot under the ice while pan fishing, I've had a number of people fishing up in the shallow water in the County park on the north end of West Rush Lake, some have come in for more bait, one report of a 40" Pike.
The Eyes are biting in the a.m. and p.m. dust and dawn bite is good. The bay east of Crane Island on the structure from 15 feet to 6 feet has had really nice action.
