Duluth's Gauthier warns of court challenge over wolf season.

Minnesota House members approved wolf hunting and trapping seasons today despite warnings from Rep. Kerry Gauthier, DFL-Duluth, that the American Indian community may challenge it in court.

in my opinion there are a soveriegn nation and should not be allowed to sue in an AMERICAN  federal court. especially if we dont hunt the wolf on tribal land!!! jusy my 2 cents!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't read the article but nothing has surprised me yet. If this don't go there will be another law suit yet by some group, I don't know who but some group. We might have a season in 2013 if all these frivolous suits are thrown out by then.
