I used to use the finger tab and switched over to a tru fire, with a velcro strap.  Today I used a gift card from cabelas an got a scott release that has no strap.  I love the new release because my groups got much tighter and it feels more comfortable and natural.

What does everyone use and why?

tru fire snap back out of the way and when hunting you dont need to shoot a 1 inch group a 2-3 inch group is fine

I ordered my bow from Hunter's Friend, and the Tru-Fire Patriot Caliper is the release that came with it, so that is the one I have been using.

I use a Trufire velcro strap with finger tab.  This is the release I got with the bow when I bought it from a fellow MNO'er a number of years ago.  Seems to work fine for me.  The only issue is removing it or adjusting it while deer hunting....  Makes a lot of noise in a quiet woods.  :rotflmao:

im actually in the market for a new one. i had my youth release and a bunch of old ones laying around. but after using some of my brothers i know that a good release makes better groups and can make your shot and draw that much quieter. i just have a hard time paying the good release prices. anyone know of a quality one for a good price?
my wife said it.... im OFFICIALLY ADDICTED to MNO!!
