Fished three hours on Sat. on lake X with fishaholik, my two sons and myself

Found the crappies, after driving in to the back country, then snowmobiling/atving in a old road to a lake that is fished very little

Here some pics, along with a old time breakfast this morning cooked on the wood cook stove..home cured and smoked bacon with fried taters and eggs.

Heading out to do it again in a few Min.

Great time indeed

Sunday Report...

fished three hours today, here's some pics

My oldest son Charlie and Fishaholik had the magic touch today. They really put it too Nolan and I

32 fish kept today...like around 50 caught...44 crappies and 1 northern for the weekend

Caught all the crappies but one on Wax worms..in 20ft of water off a hillside(hill dropping into the water) shoreline.

They would bite REAL LITE!, most the time on the downward drop of jig from 14ft to about a foot off the bottom..small bright orange or white jig

Best with no slip bobber, just a spring bobber-jig

Caught them all between noon and 3 oclock

 Another tip!

A MUST! is good limp..lite ice fishing line

Fishahollik was using Cajun Red ice line..nice stuff

The fish were biting so LITE!!! the more sesitive the spring bobber and limp the line..the more fish caught..plain and simple

Needless to say, I will be making some changes this week
