Staple item for the 2013 MNO Ice Fishing Challenge
  The staple item for the 2013 MNO Ice Fishing Challenge is an ICE SCOOP.   Part of the buisness end of the ice scoop must be included with your fish and measuring device.   You do not need the whole scoop in the picture.  You must have part of the scoop in the picture.  Part of the handle will not count.  You must have part of the scoop end in the picture.

   As always a qualifying picture will include:   

 1.  The entire fish with it's nose at the start of the tape or measuring board.
 2.  Part of the scoop end of an ice scoop in the picture.  (you can have the whole thing if you want)
 3.  In focus enough that the judges can read the numbers on your measuring device.
