Your house is a little intimidating.  Hard to beat that one.  I have a couple portable ones but here is my permanent one.  Note: It no longer is ice worthy.

First one is for early and late ice. Second one is for in between ice and general scouting locations. The third is for thicker ice.

320Tim,  Wow, you can fish different parts of the lake without moving your house.

Here is my shack. I like this model of Clam, its easy to set up and has lots of room. The seats can recline and are pretty comfortable. Only issues so far is that it is heavy so pulling by foot kinda sucks when its loaded up and when using a heater it tends to fog up and freeze the windows which I expected.

Here is my wheel house. Made it from a pop up camper frame. Added extensions to square it up at 6 foot by 9 foot. Insulated floor, rubber covered roof(courtesy of the neighbor that traps my land when he is not roofing  ), and ready for it's maiden voyage.
