A lot of rain in the area has caused the water levels to remain high, and surface temps to drop.
Shagawa Lake near Ely is producing many small Walleyes, but size is improving.  Pike are remaining dormant, and the Bass are moving into the shallow water.  The report for White Iron, Farm, and Garden is about the same, with Walleyes being taken in the 15-20 foot depth.
Snowbank is producing walleye in the 8-10 foot range, moving to 6 feet or less toward dusk.  Trout fishing is slow, but most trying for Lakers have been in the 40-50 foot depth which I think is too deep for the cold water temps we currently have.  I'd suggest working from 15-20 FOW.
The Pike fishing in most area lakes was very good size wise, but has slowed.  The smaller ones are starting to move around more.
Fishing with leeches is picking up, and minnows are still working well.
I expect the fishing to improve greatly by this time next week when water temps become more consistent.
