I have the bloody may bar up.  The fridge is stocked with beer.   Smoking pork roasts for pulled pork and some pheasant.   Game time!

Put a dry brine on them last night.   Spritz them note every half hour.

Well I have about a bowl of stew and a half breast left over in which I'm taking to work today.  This morning was a little rough to get going but I made it.  I didn't win any $ on the board but I did make a killing on dice.  Good friends and good times
