I just placed them on the grill, 200ish degrees.


After about 5 hours.

Very nice cw,  I picked up a rack holder a while back but I can't get a whole rack to stand up without cutting it in half.

lol i dunno i got these ribs at costco. i've had to cut them before cause the rack was too long for the grill. didn't have a problem with these. st. louis stye.

Ya that's the way to do it!!!  Low and slow.  I put 4 racks of baby backs one time in my redneck rib rack.  Had a large throw away aluminum pan.  To divide the racks i just balled up some small foil balls and put them in-between each rack.  Worked out real good.   good luck.

this was a 6 hour rib, i kinda feel like i'm better at a 4 hour rib.
