Don't use Lake County Foods in Emily.  I dropped off my deer there at 9:30 a.m. on the first Sunday of the gun season and they still can't tell me when it will be ready.  No custom cuts-just steaks and burger.  Way too long, even if they are busy.  When I've talked to them, they can't even tell me when they'll get to it, but it was obvious from the conversation that they're not doing "first in first out."  Never again.
