I'll be hosting this year and decided to keep it simple.

Deviled eggs
Marinated chicken drumsticks
Massive Jumbo shrimps (mild & hot sauce)
Homemade Gringo burritos with all the trimmings
Baked ham on the bone with Lee's secret glaze
Homemade old fashion potato salad
Ground beef & baked beans casserole

This also includes all the various chips and dips. The rest will depend on what my guests show up with.

Beverages will be whatever the crew shows up with (that's always interesting)
If they can't drive home, sleep over is mandatory or trans will be provided.

What's everyone else having???

PS.

Upon Da Bears victory all guests will be required to set off their remote car alarms in unison ;D for a minimun of not less than 5 min not to exceed 30 min.

Thai marinated Jumbo Shrimp on bamboo skewers
Chili - Lime marinated chicken wings
Chinken and sausage Gumbo
Chili (the real kind with chunks of meat)
and Olga's Jumbo Apple Crisp for desert!

Just got back form the store... start in the morning marinating everything and then later a couple cold beers and CHOW DOWN!

Good Luck!

Nothing too fancy goin on at my place;

Shrimp Fettucini Alfredo (home made Alfredo sauce)
Meat & Cheese, crackers tray
2 Cheeseballs -1 smoked bacon, 1 cheddar ranch
Chips & dip
and that's about it.  Just me and the family this time around again.  The last time it was just the family, Janet Jackson had a wardrobe malfunction and my son almost shot pop out his nose! (he's 12 now).   ;D

I figure if we put all our menus together, we could open a heck of an international restaurant.

I too was thinking if we all put our menus together...we'd eat like KINGS!  Stuff ourselves until our guts hurt, Rolaids for desert, and watch the rest of the game through the tears in our eyes caused by overstuffing ourselves, and the inevitable gas that is sure to errupt soon after eating!  ;D

Unfortunately my numbers didn't hit...that mixed extra point sort of threw a monkey wrench into my numbers.

The Vex will have to wait I guess!
