Minnesota Illegal?
I would think that these are illegal in Minnesota.

I dunno.....think the law states "any type of mechanically or spring activated device" is illegal... (like the Jawjacker) :scratch:  Around here, who the hell knows?!

A buddy of mine was in Arkansas and got one of those for me.  That was quite a few years ago.  I thought it was the coolest thing ever..  Well then I found out it was illegal so I keep it in my garage so I am not tempted to play with it.
